Private Art Lessons
Private painting lessons can only be rescheduled, not canceled. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your lesson. To reschedule, please contact us via email or contact form.
Please note: If you arrive late to your lesson, the missed time will be deducted from the remaining time of your lesson, and you will still be charged for the full rate. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your lesson will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the class fee. This may also result in the refusal of future bookings and services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions via Zoom can only be rescheduled, not canceled. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your session. To reschedule, please contact us via email or contact form.
Please note: If you arrive late to your Zoom call, the missed time will be deducted from the remaining time of your session, and you will still be charged for the full rate. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the coaching session fee. This may also result in the refusal of future bookings and services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Free 10-Minute Coaching Sessions
Free coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled at your request. We maintain the right to reschedule for our own reasons if needed. It is your choice to either accept or decline the new appointment time. Please note that if you are more than 3 minutes late, your free coaching session will be considered a no-show and canceled. This may also result in the refusal of future bookings and services. Thank you for your understanding.

Commissions
Commissions can be canceled before the first down payment has been made. Please note that if you wish to cancel your commission after the first down payment, no refunds will be given. 

Workshops
Bookings for workshops cannot be canceled or rescheduled. You will not be refunded if you do not attend the event.

Please Note
In cases of inappropriate or endangering behavior, the artist reserves the right to terminate in-person classes or Zoom calls immediately. No refund will be issued.
