Commissioning Process

Commissions follow a structured production process and timeline. You will receive updates along the way about important milestones and developments.

Please use the contact form below to submit your commission inquiry.
Cost Estimate
After your inquiry has been reviewed, you will receive a quote for the total commission costs via email, as well as a commission agreement document. If you accept the terms of the commission agreement and send the signed document back via email, your commission will proceed.
1st Down Payment & Project Proposal
Once the initial down payment has been made (20% of the total commission cost), the artist will create a detailed project proposal that includes a project timeline, concept outline, sketches, a digital mockup, and color swatches, if applicable.
Review of Project Proposal
You may request a one-time revision of the project proposal. This may include changes to the concept, color scheme, size, or other details. Once your revision has been accepted, the artist will rework the project proposal accordingly and send it back to you for final approval.
2nd Down Payment & Artwork Production
Once the second down payment has been made (60% of the total commission cost), the artist will begin working on the artwork and keep you informed throughout the creation process.
Final Payment & Artwork Delivery
After the final payment has been made (20% of the total commission cost), the artwork will be delivered to you.
